Tara Reid started with commercials when she was a kid and then turned heads when she appeared on Saved by the Bell: The New Class. While her acting talents have been scrutinized however, she's without doubt in a position to play any role she has been in. Her big break was when she appeared as Bunny, in The Big Lebowski. This film proved to be a stepping stone in her career. She began to get better offers with movies like Urban Legend and Cruel Intentions. American Pie was the cult movie about teens who are sexually active in which Reid's character Vicky became a favorite in Hollywood. But none of this led to a hugely successful Hollywood career. Reid did not make it famous in Hollywood through films such as Josie and the Pussycats. A brief cameo on screen in American Pie 2 did nothing help her resurrect her career. Reid is more well-known as a party or designer person rather than an actor because of her off-screen mishaps, a flimsy and widely-publicized plastic-surgery and a host of blink-and-miss appearances.
